In Candler Hills we are affected by the Candler Hills Neighborhood Association, and the OTOW Master Association. These organizations manage the operations of our neighborhoods.

Management structure of the HOA is appointed by OTOW, the builder. There will be 2800 plus homes in all of Candler Hills. Transition from the builder to the residents will not start until 90% of the home sites are completed. Until then, the HOA will be made up from the Builder and his staff.

There is a Master association that overlooks all other associations. Candler Hills residents are responsible for payment of fees via the Candler Hills Neighborhood Association, Inc. annual budget paid by the monthly homeowner assessment. The associations covered by the Master Association are:

• Candler Hills
• Indigo
• OTOW Central
• Weybourne Landing
• Stone Creek
